All UK orders placed before 1pm will be delivered via DPD on the next working day – please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. In the event of adverse weather conditions, there may be a delay to the delivery of your order.

A signature will be required upon delivery of your parcel for security reasons.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.

You will own the goods on and from the later of the point in time when: (a) we receive payment in full, or (b) we deliver the goods to you.

Larry King insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. At which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Larry King, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Delivery times appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. In any event, we will deliver the goods to you within 30 days of the day on which we accept your order. Larry King Ltd is not responsible for any delays.

At Larry King Haircare, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase from larrykinghair.com, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that in order for a return to be eligible, it must be in its original condition and raised within 30 days of receipt. It must be unopened, with original packaging. We are unable to offer refunds, replacements on items that are used If you need further support with your return, please email comments@larryking.co.uk for assistance.

How to Return:

1. Contact Us: To start the return process, please reach out through our contact page with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
2. Return Shipping:

• For UK Orders: Returns are free for Larry King Haircare members. If you’re not a member, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
• For International Orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Information:

• Processing Time: Once we’ve received and processed your return, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Return Destination: Items purchased from larrykinghair.com must be returned to us directly. Products bought from other retailers or salons must be returned to those locations according to their return policies.

Please return the products without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Cancellation Charges:

If you are in the UK under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (ICACRs) consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without incurring any charges, except for any direct costs of returning the goods. However, if the value of the goods has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover this depreciation.

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (ICACRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice.

Your right to cancel under the ICACRs: you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after the day on which you (or someone you nominate, other than a carrier) receives the last of the goods.
