- Use one of the three shampoos with wet hair & scalp - massage in, lather, rinse.

- Switch between City Life , Good Life and Social Life shampoos depending on what your hair feels like (e.g. needing detox vs moisture vs volume).

- After shampooing, apply Liquid Hairbrush Conditioner to mid-lengths and ends. Leave in for 2-3 minutes, then rinse.
